Initiated an effort to fix a years-old pain point and make the Cluster overview page useful. Defined a framework for what belongs on the Cluster overview page, getting buy in from Design, Product, and Engineering. Implementation in progress.

Partnered cross-functionally to reshape the pricing approach and translate it into a clear, trustworthy user experience. Initially brought in to update the billing UI, I identified risk in assumption-driven decisions and advocated for customer validation, stepping in to lead rapid research.
